One start of your tour counts as one visitor. Somebody who then scans twelve codes stays one visitor. A group of four sharing one phone is also one visitor.
At the moment the tour is opened. The same phone starting again within four hours does not count a second time — so reloading, closing the tab and individual QR scans do not either.
If that same person comes back the next day, that does count as a new visitor. That four-hour window is chosen to match the length of a tour: within one visit you count once, a new visit is a new visitor.
Search engines and link previews (the one WhatsApp makes, for instance) are recognised and not counted. A tour that has not been published yet builds up no figures: walking around your own tour is not a visit.
The counter runs per calendar month and starts again on the first of each month. The week plan uses a window of one week.
You get no surprise invoice and your tour keeps working. We let you know and suggest a plan that fits.
A fixed limit of 15 phones applies over the whole period, not per month. There it does count per device, with its own counter separate from the above.
