What the trial period involves

If you request a trial period, we build a demo tour for you based on your description. It is accessible for seven days. You give no payment details and nothing is charged.

What you get

A tour that is already filled in, so you do not start with a blank screen. Everything in it can be changed. The seven days only start the moment your demo is ready — not from your request.

Where the limits are

A trial tour is for testing, not for real use. So:

Extending

If you need more time, you can extend once by five days. That button appears in your admin area by itself when your trial is nearly over.

Afterwards

Nothing is charged automatically. If you do not take your tour live, the trial simply ends. Your work stays for another thirty days; after that we delete it, including your admin account.

Want to run a single event?

The week plan is for that. The trial period is too small to run a real event with.

Already had a trial?

There is one trial period per email address, so a second one does not start by itself. Still want another look — a different kind of tour, a new location, or something you did not get round to last time? Send us a message telling us what you have in mind. We will think along and set it up for you.
